Girls Ballerina Tutu

This super fluffy Ballerina Tutu has an elastic waistband measuring about 17" in circumference when relaxed and expanding to about 30" in circumference when stretched, and a skirt measuring approximately 8.5-9" in length, making this the perfect tutu for little girls ages 2-6 years. Each tutu features 4 layers of fluffy 100% nylon tulle with stitched edging which creates an icing ruffled edge. She'll feel as though she's wearing a cloud when she has this tutu on!
