Girls Rainbow Tutu

Our rainbow tutu is SO sweet and perfect for that special occasion. Because the skirt is shorter than our Solid Color Basic Tutu, measuring approximately 7"-7.5" in length, we recommend using this tutu for kids up to 4 years old. The elastic waistband, when relaxed, is about 15" in circumference and will stretch to about 28-30".
