Why do some products say I have to call store to order? Why can't I just buy them online?
Some of the products we sell need special authorization to sell their products online. During the application processes, we'd still like to show you the products we have available for in-store purchases and have added them to our online catalog for viewing purposes only. Is everything available in the store available online?
While we strive to ensure our in-store catalog is consistent with our online catalog, there may be products that are available in-store only. If you saw something in the store that you would like to order, please give us a call at 804-285-4242 or chat with us online and we'd be happy to assist you in locating the item and creating a shipment or curbside pick up for you.
Free shipping is available for purchases of $79 with code "FreeShipping" and only applies to shipping rates of $10 and under (shipping upgrades, such as "express shipping" are not eligible for free shipping)

We also offer Curbside Pick-Up during store hours! Simply call the store to place your order or choose "Pick-Up" under delivery method at checkout. Orders are usually fulfilled within 1 hour!
Customer satisfaction is our top priory. We gladly accept returns on eligible items in new and unused condition, with tags intact and packaging included within 30 days of the order shipment date or in-store purchase for a full refund or store credit at your discretion.
